I have to admit it. I am an avid fan and follower of the PSP dust bunny. I have been looking for a time to talk about this ad for awhile now. In summation, the ad consists of a duck (aflack!) and a digitally drawn dust bunny with a spanish jibberish accent.
The duck doesn’t talk but obviously understands the dust ball. The duck just quacks in response. My favorite one liner involves the dust bunny asking the duck “So what do you do for fun?” The duck responses “quack!” The dust ball says “OWWW Mannn, you poop on people’s heads!”

The latest installment from Axe Deoderant Spray comes to us featuring a guy on a scooter cruising around town only to have to women at every turn jumping or running into each other. The thing I’ve always enjoyed about these Axe commercials is that women do not put as much pressure on the desire of a ‘good looking man’. Rather, many women are intrigued by a man that wears nice clothes, takes care of himself, and smells good. Women rely heavily on scent when finding a mate. Axe has hit the target on this one. Although very low brain and goofy, the underlying message of these videos are more important than selling the brand. Check Out The Video Here

The fastest growing internet advertising next year will be online video according to a new report released by eMarketer. Although online video accounts for only 2.3% of the $16.7 billion spent a year on online advertising, it will pull 8% of the $29.4 billion expected to be spent in 2010 writes Business to Business. This year alone, online video ads are expected to grow another 71% every year til 2010.
A gang of computer fraudsters used this Internet Cybercafe in Nigeria to send out spam scams. This pretty exciting video lasts 5 minutes and it is truly thilling to watch these jerks get arrested by the bad ass Nigerian Police.
Thanks to Beyond Belief Media and Comedy Central’s Stephen Colbert Report there are a large collection of new “Star Wars Kid” viral videos available. Bringing some life back to the “Star Wars Kid” viral video, Stephen Colbert challenged viewers to produce their own variations of the video. My question is how can we truly profit from viral videos such as these online? MTV’s Jackass, Viva La Bam, and The Tom Green show thrived through its use of what we now watch and love everyday online… slapstick videos. We have them online and anyone can make one and promote it through You Tube and other video sites. But other than putting a credit tag to the video how can we captalize on the millions of people viewing these videos everyday?
