Target Sponsors Times Square Eve Drop

Target is sponsoring the Official Countdown to 07′ celebration in New York’s Times Square on New Year’s Eve. The ‘everything-retailer’ has partnered with Countdown Entertainment and the Times Square Alliance, to produce the event. For every hour leading up to the dropping of the Times Square Crystal-Ball, Target will be dropping confetti with words written on the cofetti pieces like ‘dance’, ‘hope’ , ‘cheer’, and ‘corny’ (alright, I made that last one up). Attendants will also receive bags of cofetti to toss during the massive celebration.
