Lavazza Coffee Brand Ad Criticism

An advertisement from coffee developer Lavazza recently received fierce criticism for its’ campaign in Sweden. The advert was declared unethical and ’sick’ by the Trade Ethical Council Against Sexism in Advertising. It is widely believed that the Sweeds feel scantidly clad woman are unethical but no regulatory bodies of other countries have made comment thus far. Lavazza told the associated press that the ad was depicting glamour and style rather than attacking the beliefs of the Swedish people.
