I am a huge fan of the Truth Campaign for Tobacco and Lung Cancer awareness. In this singing cowboy commercial, a singing cowboy rides through the streets of New York’s Times Square on a horse and sits next to a camp fire just like the Marlboro man. He then starts singing with a tracheotomy voicebox “you don’t always die from tobacco, sometimes then just cut a hole in your neck. you don’t always die from tobacco, sometimes they just cut out your tounge.” Powerful is all I can say.
