Sony Bravia Ad Reminds Us Of 9/11

The Sony Bravia commercial has recently come under fire as a new range of television ads drew complaints to the ASA because the ad depicted a ‘distrubting reminder’ of the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. In response to the complaints, Sony and ad agency Fallon have stated that the ad was shot under ’safe conditions’ and pointed out that the real estate property was empty for demolition purposes.
